16 floating on Southampton Bay and another 3 flying low above the water there.  11 more on Little Pelican Island off First St.  And 2 more came floating in for a landing on the Island as I watched, (possibly 2 of the 19 from the Bay?).

6 on Pelican Island nearing (or just past) high tide, and 1 flying (“tacking”) west over the Strait toward the Zampa Bridge.  Windy afternoon after a very windy night.

Saw a pair on the island, foot of First.

Saw a lone pelican on the island, foot of First St.

Driving to Sacramento on I-680 and I-80, MS saw 2 flying east just north of the Mothball Fleet, and another one near the US12 exit.

May 4, 2010 (approx 10:00am)

MS saw 10 or so from I-680 on the water in Martinez near the refinery.

May 2, 2010 (approx 6pm)

Roger saw 3 circling VERY high over the Strait near 9^th St; then 1 circling low over West K at W. 14^th; then 1 circling in VERY wide loops at medium height far off over west-central Benicia (guessing ?maybe East 2^nd at I-780?)

April 27, 2010 (approx 8:00am)

MS saw 3 fly over out her office window, heading west.

Sometime in January or February 2010

R saw one flying alone over West J St. at W. 6^th.
