Sad news ...
Pow Wow Cancelled
April 25, 2014
Dear Loyal Supporters,
It is with great regret and dismay, that we, the Board of the Vallejo Inter-Tribal Council / 7 Generations Intertribal is cancelling the Pow Wow scheduled for July 11-13, 2014 at Solano Community College in Fairfield, CA, and there are no plans in the making for future Pow Wows hosted by the Vallejo Inter-Tribal Council.
However, we have NO regrets in the efforts we put into this gratifying, community celebration Pow Wow we have been blessed to hold over the past 19 years, thanks to all your support and participation.
The annual Pow Wow we hold is our sole financial support, and without it, we can no longer continue our services in the community.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused anyone, and words cannot convey our deepest appreciation to each and every one of you for your kindness and support over the years.
Thank you and may you always walk in Peace.

At City Park in Vallejo ...
Great time at the Vallejo Unity Day!
Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013, the Intertribal Council staffed an Indian Taco Booth at the Unity Day Celebration at City Park in Vallejo. We want to thank Vallejo Together's Maria Guevara and all the staff and volunteers for welcoming us so warmly to their event.
We opened with Eric StrongBear Fisher, Chair, saying a prayer, and members of Sweet Medicine, Midge Wagner, Janet Kendall, and Sierra R. Reid singing with Eric, an Honor Song to bless and welcome everyone who attended.
We want to thank Intertribal members: Eric StrongBear Fisher, Janet and Brian Kendall, Katrina Wauer, Sierra R. Reid, EJ Fisher, Sarahid Rivera, Gary ShortBull Estes, Jim Goss, and Midge Wagner for volunteering their precious time to make this event a success for our organization, and a glorious time for all of us, as well. A mention and shout-out to Benjamin and Mary Ann Buggs, Intertribal members, as well, for juggling their time between their booth, Faith Food Fridays, and ours.
